At Farm.G, we are committed to delivering farm-fresh milk and dairy products directly from local farms to your doorstep.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process and deliver your orders.

Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver our products within select local areas and cities.
Before placing an order, please confirm whether Farm.G delivery service is available in your location.
You can check service availability during checkout by entering your PIN code.
If your address is outside our delivery area, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option or issue a full refund.

Delivery Timings
• Milk deliveries: Daily between 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Ghee and other packaged products: Within 2–4 business days of order confirmation
• Subscription deliveries: As per your selected plan (Weekly or Monthly).
Your first delivery will begin the next day after the order is confirmed.

Order Processing
• All orders are processed immediately upon confirmation.
• Once your subscription begins, deliveries will automatically be scheduled daily according to your plan.
• You will receive a notification by WhatsApp or SMS when your order is dispatched or out for delivery.

Missed or Skipped Deliveries
If you wish to pause or skip a delivery, please inform us at least 12 hours before your next scheduled delivery through:

Your subscription period will be extended automatically for the number of skipped days.

Shipping Charges
• Milk deliveries: Free home delivery within our service areas.
• Ghee and packaged products:
• Free delivery for orders above ₹499
• ₹49 delivery charge for orders below ₹499
• Subscription renewals do not incur additional delivery charges.

Delivery Confirmation
Our delivery team will mark your order as Delivered once it reaches your doorstep.
If you do not receive your order, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as:
• Unfavourable weather or local restrictions
• Technical or payment processing issues
• Unavailability of the product in stock
In such cases, we will promptly notify you and reschedule the delivery.
